Tulsa Automobile Dealers Association selects Oklahoma Veteran Connections as 2019 fundraising recipient

TULSA, Okla.—The Tulsa Automobile Dealers Association (TADA) announces that a portion of proceeds from the 102nd Annual Tulsa Auto Show will go to Community Service Council’s Oklahoma Veteran Connections program to benefit hundreds of local veterans in need.

TADA is the sponsor of the 102nd Annual Tulsa Auto Show to be held at the River Spirit Expo Square April 12 – 14, 2019. Each year, TADA raises funds through the Auto Show to donate to local non-profits, and has selected Oklahoma Veteran Connections as one of two 2019 donation recipients. Furthermore, to increase the impact of their donation for veterans and to encourage individual donations, TADA has announced it will match funds raised by Oklahoma Veteran Connections between now and the Auto Show.

“We are deeply grateful to TADA for selecting Oklahoma Veteran Connections as the recipient of the 2019 Tulsa Auto Show fundraising efforts,” said Rachel Runfola, Community Service Council’s director of Veterans Initiatives. “Every day, our program serves veterans who are struggling in a myriad of ways. Donations raised through the Auto Show will directly impact our local heroes by getting them the help they need.”
Since the program launched in October 2017, Oklahoma Veteran Connections has helped over 1,000 Tulsa-area veterans through its 360-degree referral process that works closely with partner agencies to ensure veterans looking for help get quickly and efficiently connected to services.
