CCRC: COVID-19 Connection Hub for Child Care Providers

Our partner – 211 Eastern Oklahoma (211EOK) – is a valuable link to thousands of resources and services in the community, for any need or crisis. During the pandemic, 211EOK is serving as a frontline call center for COVID-19 related information and resources for all of Eastern Oklahoma. Dial 2-1-1, live chat at, or search their extensive online service directory at 211EOK.

Due to the continuing efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19, Community Service Council’s Child Care Resource Center is postponing all trainings and on-site consulting/technical assistance appointments until further notice. During this time, CCRC staff will continue to work remotely and be available via phone, text and email. Please reach out with any questions or issues you have.

Quality child care plays an important role for the families of essential businesses. We appreciate you and support the tough decision you make of whether to remain open during this time. We will be contacting you weekly to check in on your status and needs. Please complete this survey weekly or as often as needed to inform the CCRC team of your needs or status change:

Please see below for a list of resources for your program and families. We will continue to add links as they become available. Remember – we are here for you!
