Ashleigh has an M. Ed from Baylor University and a BS in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She has worked in child care for 10 years as a director of large facilities such as the YMCA and Lifetime Fitness. She also has a background in Kinesiology and child development through physical activity and motor development. She is an active youth coach for basketball and volleyball to develop school-age children through physical activity. She is passionate about school-age care and learning through play. As a child care business consultant she is dedicated to building strong business foundations for all child care providers.
