Tulsa has some of the highest housing, eviction and homelessness rates in the country. With an increase of 7% in homelessness in the Tulsa region since 2007, landlords have seen its effects. Tulsa is ranked 11th highest in evictions across the nation, causing increasing liabilities and costs to properties at large.
