Access to certified, professional, bilingual resource specialists supported by sophisticated database technology makes us a natural partner for initiatives serving those in need.

Our mission is to quickly, compassionately and accurately connect Oklahomans in need with the nearby services that can help. We maintain our Information & Referral Database at an accuracy level of at least 95% and are nationally accredited. In order to continue providing the highest level of service that Oklahomans deserve, 211 Eastern Oklahoma prioritizes continuous, two-way communication with the agencies in our database so that we share only the most up-to-date resources and service information with our community.

211 Eastern Oklahoma’s referral database represents 1,100+ service providers across 37 counties and 9,800+ unique services. In 2021 alone, we provided 280,000 referrals to Oklahomans in need, mostly to nonprofit and faith-based organizations. 

Resources for New Partners

When you begin working with 211 Eastern Oklahoma, your agency joins more than 1,100 participating social service and faith-based organizations working to serve those in need across our community. The information you supply on the below forms will become part of our Information & Referral Database allowing us to provide callers with both accurate details about your agency, and appropriate referrals to your programs and services. To get started, please review the Database Inclusion Criteria above and complete the following Agency, Site and Service Information Forms. Once completed, please email the forms to 211INFO@CSCTULSA.ORG.

We are happy to provide your organization with a supply of our OUTREACH CARDS (English & Spanish) if your clients need additional social services or assistance outside of your service capacity. We can deliver a supply of these 4″x6″ cards to you, or you may download these flyers in English and Spanish to distribute to your clientele. To request a supply of pre-printed OUTREACH CARDS, or need additional 211 Eastern Oklahoma marketing materials, please EMAIL US. We can customize communication materials specific to your service area as well.

211 Eastern Oklahoma Database Curators are responsible for updating partner agency database records, and ensuring referral information is accurate and accessible. Partners should submit updates directly to our Database Curators by emailing 211INFO@CSCTULSA.ORG.

Call Center Support Services: Skilled, degreed professionals answer calls for your organization, including after hours, weekends and holidays. Spanish bilingual resource specialists and translation services for 100+ languages available. 

Basic API: Application Programming Interface provides direct access to the 211 Eastern Oklahoma resource database.

Client Feedback Surveys: Need feedback on your calls and/or services? Our robust infrastructure can handle these needs by offering a customized after-call survey via text e-mail.

Custom Short Code Texting: 211 Eastern Oklahoma offers our partners texting services that are customizable to meet your needs and communicate effectively with your audiences. Texting can be offered through a shortcode or toll-free number. 

Toll-Free Phone: Looking to replace your phone system or want to provide 24-hour support to your clients? 211 Eastern Oklahoma provides VoIP/cloud-based solution. VoIP technology (Voice over Internet Protocol or IP telephony) is a method for the delivery of voice communications and multimedia sessions over Internet Protocol networks. VoIP technology has advanced to the point where it’s no longer just an alternative to traditional landlines, but a complete replacement. A VoIP system can provide your organization with additional features that weren’t previously available with a landline. As a cloud-based service, it additionally relieves your organization of the responsibility of managing and maintaining your system, all at a reduced cost.
