211 Eastern Oklahoma is a free and confidential link to help for those in need, available by phone call, live chat, text message, or online search. In 2019 alone, we provided assistance for nearly 170,000 Oklahomans, allowing us to provide current data related to our community’s most critical needs.
Search by partner agency for referral activity; by county or ZIP code; service need (i.e. housing); and time frame (dating back to 2011). Referrals are made up of contacts by phone, text and live chat that result in specific agency and service information being provided to the individual for an identified need, and do not reflect website searches.
Tips for using this dashboard
This dashboard is best viewed in full screen. *The Referrals by Month tab will show linear data, the Referrals by County and ZIP tabs will show referrals geographically. *Use the County filter to select one or more counties, or enter a ZIP code. *Search by Agency for referral activity. When “211 Eastern Oklahoma” is selected in the Agency field, only top-level service categories are displayed. Once a specific agency is selected, that agency’s specific services are shown. *The Tooltip Breakout allows the user to change the detail that appears when you hover over any data point. *When selecting a Timeframe, the first month displayed on the control is excluded; the caption above is inclusive.
