Now Requesting Proposals for HUD FY2017 Continuum of Care Program Competition

Community Service Council, as the Collaborative Applicant for the Tulsa City-County Continuum of Care, is requesting proposals for the HUD FY2017 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition. This notice is to inform Tulsa area housing and service providers of the expected availability of funding through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Homeless Assistance Funding Competition.

Through this annual competition, HUD makes funds available to projects that fill locally-identified gaps in Continuum of Care (CoC) systems in order to assist homeless persons in their move toward self-sufficiency and permanent housing. The Tulsa City & County Continuum of Care (CoC) is operated as a program of the A Way Home For Tulsa (AWH4T) Collaborative.

The CoC program is currently in the process of responding to HUD’s Office of Community Planning and Development’s Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2017 Funds in the FY2017 Continuum of Care Program Competition published on July 14, 2017. A copy of the HUD CoC Program NOFA with guidelines for the program may be accessed at:
