On July 26, CSC’s Family Health Coalition, Take Control Initiative and March of Dimes hosted LARC 202, the second of a three-part training on Long-Acting Reversible Contraception. Oklahoma Policy Institute’s Carly Putnam presented on access, insurance and long acting reversible contraception, both in the present and future.
A panel of local clinicians then discussed policies and practices around utilizing LARC, emphasizing the positive impact that highly effective contraception has at the local and state level. Morton Comprehensive Health Services hosted the event. Planning for LARC 303 is currently underway.
