211 Oklahoma is pleased to announce the official launch of our new website, designed to work on any device, and built around a powerful new search engine that makes it easier than ever for users to find what they need. 

211 Oklahoma enhances access to community services as a sustainable, easy-access system for information and referral to community services for those who need help and those who provide help. Driven by national accreditation standards, 211 Oklahoma is available to 100% of the population no matter where they live or what type of telecommunications device they use in Oklahoma. Information on thousands of relevant community services in Oklahoma is available via phone call, text message or online.

211 Oklahoma is a statewide program managed by two regional organizations: Tulsa-based Community Service Council serving 37 counties in Eastern Oklahoma, and Oklahoma City-based HeartLine serving Western Oklahoma.

  • 24/7 Multilingual Call Center that annually links 140,000+ Eastern Oklahomans to critical services, including crisis suicide intervention, screening for veteran services, access to health insurance resources, triage for domestic violence, health studies, and much more.
  • Since our launch in 2005, we’ve connected 1,000,000+ households to critical health and human services.
  • We maintain a comprehensive online database of 6,000 services in Eastern Oklahoma.
  • We provide real time data on caller trends and needs, filtered by county or date.
